The pre-application planning service is partially resuming from tomorrow 12 July. It will give advice to existing residents of the district for householder only proposals. For more info click here
The rest of the pre-application service remains suspended until further notice to help the planning team manage the high volume of applications it is currently dealing with, as well as a backlog of enquiries. The Council will review this regularly and reinstate the full service as soon as possible.
We have received quite a few enquiries about when the pre-app service will be reinstated, particularly the householder service, and so are pleased to report this step forward.
