There are three OLRG candidates standing in the Tandridge District Council elections being held on May 5th.
Catherine Sayer is standing for re-election for the Oxted North and Tandridge Ward. Catherine was first elected in 2018 for the Oxted & Limpsfield Residents Group (OLRG) and has been the Council Leader since May last year when the Independents and OLRG Alliance became the largest group and formed a minority administration. If re-elected, she will continue to represent the ward together with OLRG Councillors Jackie Wren and David Stamp.

We are delighted that Ian Booth has agreed to be OLRG’s new candidate for Limpsfield where Phil Davies is standing down as he is moving out of the area. Ian has lived in Limpsfield for over 35 years, has retired from full time working, and is standing for election for the first time. His working life was focussed on developing and delivering major capital projects for both public and private sector clients. If elected, Ian would join OLRG Councillor Claire Blackwell in representing Limpsfield Ward.
If you have any questions for Ian or would like to call him for a chat, he can be contacted at boothian1@gmail.com or phone 07771 973163
We are also delighted that Bryan Black has agreed to be OLRG’s new candidate in Oxted South where Lynn Mills is standing down because of extra work commitments. Bryan has lived in Hurst Green for the last 10 years and has now retired from a long career in the world of technology. He is standing for election for the first time. If elected, Bryan would join OLRG Councillors, Chris Langton and Deb Shiner, in representing Oxted South.
If you have any questions for Bryan or would like to call him for a chat, he can be contacted at bryanbblack33@gmail.com or phone 07429 474383
