Thank you to the many people who have been in contact with their concerns about the signs that had been erected on the upper deck car park of the Morrisons store in Oxted which stated that there was only 10 minutes’ parking allowed when the store was closed. Morrisons have a planning agreement with Tandridge District Council that only allows them to make changes to parking restrictions during the store’s opening hours with the prior agreement of the Council.
