The Woodhurst Lane planning application has been withdrawn today, 4 December 2023.
Developers Raven Housing Trust had submitted an application for 19 affordable houses on Green Belt to the west of Woodhurst Lane on land adjacent to Stonehall Farm.
The application prompted very many objections from residents, in particular concerns about highway safety given the existing problems with Woodhurst Lane which is too narrow in parts for vehicles to pass safely.
