The Council says this is a temporary arrangement until 30 June but will be kept under review should the government advice on social isolation measures change.
TDC say they will be notifying permit holders and also putting signs on car parks.
Permit holders whose permits have expired will be able to park for free and they will be contacted when charging starts again. The holders whose permits are still valid will have a reduction when they renew - that will be 1/12th for each month that free parking is in operation.
