A Planning Inspector has allowed an appeal against Tandridge District Council’s refusal of planning permission for a crematorium on Green Belt at the junction of Barrow Green Road and the A25.
The Council refused the application by developers Horizon Cremation in October last year because, among other things, it constituted inappropriate development and would cause significant harm to the Green Belt and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
