The public inquiry for land at Tanhouse Road, Oxted has now been recheduled for 10 -13 December 2024.
It will be held at Tandridge District Council offices in Oxted starting at 10am on Tuesday, 10 December.
The inquiry was due to be held in June but was postponed due to the illness of one of the principal participants. It will consider an appeal into two enforcement notices issued by the Council following breaches of planning control by occupants of an unauthorised encampment set up on a field in Tanhouse Road.
